Custom parties and events can be arranged, given the appropriate notice to accommodate for staffing and ensure there are no other schedule conflicts. We would love to work with you to help you create what you have in mind! Contact our front desk directly to make any special arrangements.

The final payment is due the day of your party. It will be charged to the credit card you have in your portal. The staff working the party will not be able to take any form of payment.

Base Price: 1-10 Guests

Base Price + $70: 11-20 Guests (covers additional coach)

Base Price + $140: 21-30 Guests (covers 2 additional coaches)

Gym activities are strictly one hour. The remaining 30 minutes are in the party room. There is no re-entry to the gym permitted. Guests remaining 10 minutes beyond the party time will incur a $25 late fee.

Birthday Family: Arrive 15 minutes before start time.

Guests: Arrive 5 minutes before start time

**Waivers must be completed online in advance - the hosting family will provide the link**

Family and friends are welcome, but only children ages 3-12 with signed waivers can enter the gym. Non-participants must remain in the viewing area or party room.

Children 4 and under: Must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Ages 5 and up: Drop-off permitted

Gym Rules:

- No Children under 2 allowed in the gym area.

- Only the birthday child's parents may enter the gym area.

- No adults on gym equipment (insurance rules).

- Athletic attire - no belts, zippers, buttons, hoods, skirts.

- No shoes or jewelry (small stud earrings are okay).

- Log hair tied back (recommended).

- No food, snacks, or beverages in the gym.

- Alcohol and drugs are prohibited in and around the facility.

- No smoking of any kind in or around the facility.

30+ Day Notice: Free rescheduling (based on availability).

14-29 Day Notice: $50 fee to reschedule.

Less than 14 Days: No rescheduling allowed.

Illness/Emergency: Unexpected events happen! Contact us ASAP, and we'll work together to find a solution.

We understand unexpected illnesses and events do occur with children! Please contact our office as soon as possible in the event of an illness or emergency, so we can work with you to make arrangements.
