Frequently Asked Questions & Policies

We believe clear communication builds trust. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about classes, enrollment, billing, camps, birthday parties, and competitive programs.
If you don’t see your question answered here, we’re happy to help.

  • Our team can help you choose the best class based on your child’s age, experience, and goals. If you are unsure where to start, contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • Yes. We offer a one-class trial for $20. If you enroll afterward, the trial fee is applied toward your first month’s tuition.

  • Athletes should wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows them to move safely. Leotards are recommended for gymnastics. Long hair should be pulled back and jewelry removed before class.

  • No. We offer programs for beginners through advanced and competitive athletes.

Getting Started

  • Registration is completed online. Once enrolled, your child’s spot is reserved in that class.

  • Tuition is due on the 1st and charged to the card on file on the 5th of each month. Unpaid on the 6th: $25 late fee, plus $5 if the card declines. Monthly tuition by class is listed on the Classes page ($91 to $126), plus a $45 annual registration fee per family.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and ACH payments. We do not accept cash or handwritten checks.

  • No. Tuition holds your child's spot and is not prorated or refunded for missed classes, illness, travel or vacations. Recreational students get one make-up per calendar month, scheduled in the Parent Portal and completed within 30 days of the missed class. Team programs do not have make-ups.

  • Enrollment renews every month until you cancel. To stop for the following month, submit a drop request in the Parent Portal (My Classes, then Drop) on or before the 15th of the current month. Requests after the 15th take effect the month after, and that month's tuition is owed. Phone calls, voicemails, texts and emails are not accepted as cancellations; if you email us, we will reply with the Portal link. To switch classes, enroll in the new class in the Portal and drop the old one the same way. Missing classes does not cancel enrollment.

Camps, Parties & Special Programs

  • Safety is our priority. Coaches will assess the situation, provide appropriate immediate care, and modify or stop participation when necessary. Families will be contacted when an injury requires parental attention or further evaluation.

  • Email frontdesk@gymtegrity.com. We answer every email within one business day, and email gives both of us a written record. Schedule changes, make-ups, card updates, balances and drop requests are all done in the Parent Portal. We do not take card numbers or cancellations by phone.

  • Let us know whenever possible. Competitive-team families should follow the attendance and communication requirements outlined in their team handbook.

  • The short version: tuition is charged on the 5th; cancel for next month by the 15th through the Parent Portal; no refunds or proration for missed classes; camps take a $50 non-refundable deposit at registration with the balance charged 7 days before camp, and camp fees are not refunded for missed days. The full Financial Policies, Camp Policy, Communication and Parent Portal Policy, and Liability Waiver are shown and agreed to at every enrollment in the Parent Portal, and a signed copy with the date is kept on your family account. Want a copy? Email frontdesk@gymtegrity.com and we will send the current version.
