Your First Class: What to Expect

what-to-wear.png

What to Wear

A leotard or comfortable, fitted athletic clothing works best. Long hair should be secured, and athletes should remove socks, shoes, jewelry, and watches before class.

When You Arrive.png

When You Arrive

Parents and athletes should enter the viewing room, where athletes can remove shoes, socks, and extra clothing. Please remain there until the instructor announces the class and welcomes athletes
into the gym.

What to Bring.png

What to Bring

Athletes should bring a labeled water bottle into the gym. Their instructor will show them where to place it before class begins. Please leave other personal belongings with a parent or in the viewing
room.

Interested in Competitive Gymnastics?

Many athletes thrive long-term in our recreational program and continue progressing without entering competitive gymnastics.

For families interested in competitive pathways, formal evaluations determine readiness and appropriate placement.
