Effective November 6, 2026
Gymtegrity Gymnastics & Cheer ("Gymtegrity," "we") runs a gymnastics, cheer and ninja gym at 4720 Lima St, Denver, CO 80239. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
Information you give us: parent or guardian name, phone, email, address, emergency contact, and your child's name, age, birthdate and any health notes you choose to share. You provide this when you book a class, register, sign up for camp, fill out a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us.
Payment information: card payments are processed by our registration and billing provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Website and ad data: our website and our Facebook and Instagram ads use cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta. These record visits and clicks so we can see which pages and ads work.
How we use it
To book classes, camps and parties, and to manage enrollment and billing.
To contact you about your booking, your child's classes, schedule changes and safety matters.
To call you back when you ask about an intro class.
To send gym news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve our website and advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the gym: our registration and billing system, website host, email provider, payment processor, Google and Meta. We may also disclose it when required by law or to protect the safety of a child.
Children's information
Our programs are for children, but parents and guardians provide all registration information. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from children under 13.
How long we keep it
