New Students

Trial Classes: Does Gymtegrity offer trial classes?


  • All first time students are permitted one complimentary trial class without obligation for enrollment.
  • Trial classes can only be held in classes with space available for additional students.
  • Upon completion of the trial class, please visit the Front Desk to confirm the decision to enroll in the class or submit a notice of non-enrollment.
  • If a notice of non-enrollment is not received or a “drop” date submitted through the Parent Portal by the following day, enrollment in the class is automatic, and the annual registration fee of $45 along with the prorated class tuition is charged to the account.





Annual Registration/Membership Fee

Annual Registration/Membership Fee: What is Gymtegrity's Annual Registration and Membership Fee?


  • All participants in Gymtegrity Recreational and Competitive Programs will be charged a non-refundable annual registration/membership fee of $45 per student with a $90 maximum fee per family.
  • The registration/membership fee is valid for one full year and automatically renews annually on the 1st of the enrollment anniversary month.
  • The registration fee is not required for participants of Birthday Parties, Parents’ Night Outs, or Camps.
  • Active members qualify for discounts for special events and activities.





Tuition Payments

Recreational Program Tuition: How is Recreational Program tuition assessed, and when is it due?


  • Gymtegrity Recreational Program classes are based on 8 week sessions during the school year and 4 week sessions during the summer months (June, July & August). Posted tuition rates reflect a full session. Students enrolling after a session starts will pay a prorated amount based upon the start date.
  • Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start date of each session. If tuition is not paid in full prior to the session start date, class participation will not be permitted, and enrollment could be dropped.




Competitive Program Tuition: How is Competitive Program tuition assessed, and when is it due?


  • Gymtegrity Competitive Programs are based on monthly tuition rates.
  • Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.




Payment Methods: How do I pay for tuition at Gymtegrity?


  • Gymtegrity requires all families with actively enrolled students to have a valid form of payment (ACH, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD) saved in the Parent Portal for automatic billing and payment processing. All payment and billing is done online through a secure payment processing company. Payment information saved in the Parent Portal must be kept updated at all times.
  • Clients may choose to pay by cash/check or a different method prior to the 1st of each month or session payment due date.




Declined Payments: What happens if I forget to update my account information before billing?


  • If a checking account or credit/debit card is declined when payments are processed on the 1st of every month or session payment due date, an additional $10 fee per month will be charged if payment information is not corrected.
  • Accounts will be charged an additional $20 for any check that is returned unpaid by the financial institution.




Late Fees: My card was declined, and we missed class last week. So, I haven't paid for tuition yet. Will I be charged a late fee?


  • A $10 late fee will be assessed to accounts if a payment is received after the 2nd week of the session/month.




Refunds: Can I get a refund if my child stops going to classes because we are too busy or s/he doesn't want to go?


  • Gymtegrity does not issue refunds or credits once a session has started or guarantee make-ups for missed classes due to personal reasons.




Discounts: What types of tuition discounts do you offer?


  • Sibling Discount - 10% off each additional student
  • Multiple Class Discount - 20% off each additional class for one student
  • Discounts are applied to the least expensive class and are not to be combined.





Class Enrollment & Attendance

Drop Enrollment (30-day Notice): What do I need to do to cancel my child's enrollment?


  • Gymtegrity classes are year round. Students are automatically enrolled in the next session unless you submit a request to drop enrollment.
  • Drop requests must be received at least 30 days before the next session start date.
  • Verbal notification from a student that he/she will no longer be attending classes will not be accepted.
  • A drop request can only be submitted by a parent/guardian in writing via the Parent Portal or by emailing frontdesk@gymtegrity.com. Upon receipt of a drop request, an e-mail will be sent approving the drop or to notify of additional information needed to process the request.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for payment of classes, regardless of attendance, until a 30-day drop notice is received in writing via the Parent Portal or e-mail.
  • If a student stops coming to class without a 30-day notification, the student's account will be charged for the additional session. The charge will be for reserving the student's place in the class instead of offering the spot to another student.




Summer Vacation Hold (30-day Notice): What do I need to do if we will miss several classes for Summer Vacation?


  • During the summer sessions, the option of a Vacation Hold is available. This option is a courtesy to clients during which a student’s place in his/her class will be held for 1 summer session without charge! Billing will automatically resume the following month for the student to continue classes.
  • Vacation hold requests must be received at least 30 days before the next session start date.
  • A vacation hold request can only be submitted by a parent/guardian in writing by emailing frontdesk@gymtegrity.com. Upon receipt of a vacation hold request, an e-mail will be sent approving the hold or to notify of additional information needed to process the request.




Make-up Classes: Does Gymtegrity allow Make-up Classes?


  • Make-up classes are only for Recreational Programs.
  • No refunds are given for missed classes.
  • Make-ups are limited to 1 per month.
  • A missed class can only be made up if there are available classes for the student’s class type and level or approved alternative.
  • Make-ups must be scheduled in advance to ensure space is available! Planning ahead allows us to inform our coaches to expect your student in their class and greet them by name while also keeping our student:coach ratios low.
  • Make-ups can be scheduled online in the Parent Portal or by contacting the Front Desk via e-mail or phone.




Transferring Classes: Can my child transfer classes if our schedule changes?


  • A request to transfer classes may be submitted via the Parent Portal or by contacting the Front Desk via e-mail. Requests will be granted if there is space in the requested class.
  • Moving to a more advanced class requires the consent of the instructor and a trial evaluation.




Holiday Closures: Does Gymtegrity offer make-ups or prorate for Holiday Closures?


  • Make-ups are not offered for classes missed due to Gymtegrity being closed for a holiday as the session tuition is prorated accordingly.




Inclement Weather and Emergency Closures: How does Gymtegrity handle Inclement Weather and Emergency Closures?


  • If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or other emergency, Gymtegrity will send an e-mail to the families of active students and post a notice on the Gymtegrity website, Gymtegrity Facebook, and the Parent Portal under “Announcements”.
  • A make-up may be scheduled for classes cancelled due to weather or emergency closures, but no refunds or credits will be issued.





Class and Facility Expectations

Class Attire: How should my child dress for classes at Gymtegrity?


  • Leotards (without skirts) are highly recommended for participants in all girls gymnastics classes. Yoga style shorts or capris may be worn over leotards. A fitted athletic tank top with yoga style shorts or capris is also acceptable if a student does not own or will not wear a leotard.
  • For all other classes, fitted athletic attire without belts, zippers, buttons, hoods, or skirts are the most appropriate. T-shirts and shorts or sweatpants are acceptable, but please ensure they are not too baggy and not a tripping hazard.
  • No shoes are permitted inside of the gym area.
  • If a student has longer hair, it must be securely tied back away from the face for safety reasons.
  • If a student forgets a hair tie, s/he will be given a personal care bag containing hair ties, bobby pins, a comb, and a band-aid. The bag will be charged to the student’s account in the amount of $2.00.
  • Please remove all jewelry prior to coming to the gym. Small stud earrings are okay.




Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up: How is student drop-off and pick-up handled at Gymtegrity? Can my child meet me in the parking lot?


  • Students must be escorted into the building by a parent/guardian or designated caregiver 5 minutes before their scheduled class time and sign-in at the Front Desk.
  • Students must be signed-out at the Front Desk and escorted from the building by a parent/guardian or designated caregiver on time.
  • Students will not be permitted to leave the building unescorted.
  • Please call the Front Desk if a student will be picked up late.
  • During peak times, the parking lot is crowded. Please drive slowly and carefully.




Snacks and Drinks: Can my child bring snacks and drinks to the gym?


  • Students may bring healthy snacks and drinks for before class, breaks, and after class.
  • Since many students have peanut and tree nut allergies, please be considerate of their safety and only send peanut and tree nut free items.
  • A water bottle is useful, but a water fountain is available.
  • No food, drinks, or chewing gum are permitted in the gym.




Personal Items: Where can my child keep his/her shoes and other personal items during class?


  • Personal items should be left in the cubbies in the Viewing Room. Personal items should be labeled with the student’s name.
  • Students should leave valuable items at home.
  • Gymtegrity will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.




Viewing Room: Can I watch my child during class, and from where can I watch?


  • Parents/guardians may stay to observe classes if it is not disruptive to the learning process.
  • The only area available for waiting on students is the Viewing Room. The Party Poom, Dance Studio, and Kitchen are restricted areas and reserved for staff and participants only.
  • Please be courteous of other families in the Viewing Room by helping to keep the room clean and organized.




Class Behavior: How does Gymtegrity handle children who are disruptive in class?


  • Gymtegrity believes in responding to problematic behavior with redirection to a more acceptable behavior, guidance and gentle reminders of behavioral expectations to help children develop self-control and assume responsibility for their actions, and positive reinforcement.
  • Gymtegrity is committed to helping children work through behavior issues. However, if a child is exhibiting behavior that is jeopardizing his/her own safety, other students, or a staff member, s/he will be immediately removed from the situation to regain composure before rejoining the group.
  • At no point will a student be isolated and left unsupervised.
  • If disruptive behavior continues or a serious incident occurs, a parent/guardian may be contacted to pick-up the student or to come in for a meeting to discuss his/her behavior.
  • If it is determined that a student’s presence is detrimental to the group, s/he shall be discharged from the program/class. This includes but is not limited to physical and/or verbal abuse of staff and/or other students by the student or the student’s parent/guardian, physical, verbal, or relational bullying of other students by the student, and threatening violence towards others.




Communication and Parental Involvement: Can I ask my child's instructor/coach questions?


  • Gymtegrity believes that parents and instructors/coaches must work together to create a stable and effective environment for all students.
  • In order for these partnerships to be successful there must be open and constructive communication, clearly defined responsibilities for all involved, mutual respect, and the primary objective of always doing what will provide the most beneficial outcome for the students.
  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to ask their students how their class went and what activities they did.
  • Parents/guardians are also encouraged to speak with their student’s instructors periodically at drop-off or pick-up.
  • If a parent/guardian has any in-depth questions, concerns, or would like a more detailed evaluation of their student’s developmental progress, please contact the Front Desk to set up a conference.
