Early Drop-Off

- To set up early drop-off, email or call the front desk

- Early drop-off is an additional $25

Late Pick-Up

- We do not currently offer late pick-up

- This is because we have camp coaches with classes starting at 4:15-4:30 PM

- If there is an emergency, we will work with you on this

A $25 deposit will be required at the time of enrollment. Tuition fees will be posted at the time of enrollment. Transactions will be processed 30 days prior to the camp session.

The final payment is due 30 days before the camp session starts.

60+ Day Notice: A full refund will be processed to your card within 3-5 business days

30 - 60 Day Notice: A refund minus the deposit will be processed to your card within 3-5 business days

30 Day or Less Notice: A credit will be put on your account to be used for another camp by the end of the year.

For Full Day:

- 2 snacks

- Lunch

For Half Day:

- 1 or 2 snacks

- Kids are either picked up or dropped off at lunch time so they might want

something

Both:

- Change of clothes if you choose the Splashtopia week for Summer Camp

We ask that all kids wear clothes they feel comfortable moving around and being active in.

Children ages 3.5 - 12 years old

As long as you notify us before the camp session starts, we are happy to help you with any rescheduling needs.

Illness/Emergency: Unexpected events happen! Contact us ASAP, and we'll work together to find a solution.

We understand unexpected illnesses and events do occur with children! Please contact our office as soon as possible in the event of an illness or emergency, so we can work with you to make arrangements.
